- Free seasonal exterior retakes - If the home goes on the market with snow on the ground and is still for sale after the snow melts, I will retake the exterior pictures.
Interior shots - This includes as many images as necessary to document the home.

- Free keystone correction - this means walls are straight vertically and floors are level horizontally.

- 4,001 square feet and up.....$275
