- Free seasonal exterior retakes - i.e. If the home goes on the market with snow on the ground and is still for sale after the snow melts, I will retake the exterior pictures.
Interior shots - This includes as many images as necessary to document the home.

- Free keystone correction - this means walls are straight vertically and floors are level horizontally.
- Free delivery by Dropbox, e-mail or CD-Rom

- 3,501 square feet and up.....$275
